The staff was very friendly and helpful. My masseuse was very professional. Though this location offered memberships, they did not try to hard sell or up sell me on anything which I can't begin to even say how much I greatly appreciated that. I'll return to this location/business for my future needs.
Great customer service. Massages are customized and they ask a variety of questions to prefect your experience. I highly recommend Jordan for facials.
Everyone was super nice! My therapist was fabulous and the front office staff was helpful. Sometimes it's difficult to make everything seem fluid but they made it work!
On a whim I called yesterday and there just happened to be one opening for today so I took it! I'm so glad I did! I was looking for a medium pressure, relaxing massage, that doesn't leave you sore for a week and that's exactly what I just got from Chee! She worked in a way that worked with the muscles to relax and release instead of forcing them to release. Thank you!
So disappointed with this location. I had a chemical peel done about 2 weeks ago, which did make my face peel but so far has not shown any improvement in my skin. Needless to say not only was I dissatisfied with the peel, but I find out today that it used up two of my membership services! Why was I not told this upon booking my first ever chemical peel?! I'm currently awaiting a call from the manager to address this issue. Depending on how the issue is addressed I will update/change my review accordingly.
Update, the manager did contact me the same day and handled the issue appropriately. I still do not believe the peel did much if anything and certainly would not get another because the cost is way too much! I also used the post kit they give for about a week and a half as directed and still no results from what I can tell. However, the manager was very nice about the problem and seemed genuinely concerned about making sure prices would be revealed up front.
