Not very neat. Somalis will bring in food from nearby Cub to have social hours in study rooms and will use their "outside voices"! Library staff seemingly do not care...... Homeless people will bring in hot meals to eat in the study rooms and around the library too! College students seem to forget about their body functions in the chairs...
This place is a great resource for the community.

Best Library in the Twin cities. The staff is extremely helpful & nice.
Had a very bad experience at this library today my 13 year old daughter and I went into the “teen” section to check out their comic section . Young men were loudly swearing and using the “n” word . The librarian approached them but they just laughed and blew him off and continued with their bad behavior . I approached them and told them they were being rude and disrespectful to the rest of the patrons. When I talked to the manager of the library she tried to down play the matter saying they had a “special meeting “ to handle such matters and maybe my daughter would be more comfortable in the tween section ?! I said I’m not sure why I said anything, nothing will be done. The supervisor said well we will see about that. The kids were still there when we left, this is reverse discrimination !!
