This was my first visit to Mister. I generally don’t prefer in giving reviews but thought of giving for this one. The Mister team has done a great job in cleaning my car inside out. Especially, inside, they’ve done a tremendous job. Outside is electronic wash so it’ll definitely be good. I liked it. Worth to opt this occasionally.
My car was pretty dusty going in, and I drive a BMW so there is always plenty of brake dust on the rims... The wash turned out *okay,* but when I drove off there was still sudsy water dripping from the spaces in the body paneling and doors.
This place is the best! They are efficient, thorough and friendly! My car has never been happier. :)
I love the service I get from Mister Car wash the company as a whole. I have an unlimited plan and it's very convenient.
I should mention the place was pretty slow when we were there. I was the only customer, and there was no one in line behind me.
This location in Roseville however has had the opposite effect for me. I swear every time I'm able to or try to get a car wash here, it is closed. I normally miss it by a matter of minutes. Being open an extra hour or so would make a huge difference in convenience for me and I'm sure many others as well.
Downtowner car wash is an excellent alternative.
This was my first visit to Mister Car Wash. My car was long overdue for interior attention. This was an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff at Mister Car Wash was professional, courteous, efficient, and my car looks brand new! I purchased the full service wash and will definitely be returning for future upkeep. Thank you for a great experience and top-notch service!
The only other complaint I would have is that the staff is not always the most careful around your car. Numerous times I've had the cashier bang and drag the hip attached receipt printer into my car or leaned on my car. The people who dry off your car after you exit the wash often needlessly rush and do an aggressive job. It's not rare to have 5+ people swarm your car after exiting the wash and rush to dry off your car. I think I'll be trying to skip that step in the future.
The first attendant who sprays the car with the soapy power washer was talking on his phone when I drove up. Instead of helping to guide me on to the track, he just motioned me forward. I assumed I was right in line until I felt my front tire jerk over the corner of the track rail into place. He lightly sprayed the driver's door twice (?) and then we went through the automatic wash.
Tried this wash for the first time today. Bought the $18 exterior wash.
Otherwise I think the staff is very friendly and the wash is very quick and convenient. I just hope they improve the quality of their work. People bring their cars to a car wash because they care about them and want them to look nice. I wish they'd notice that and try to be a bit more careful.
The soapy streaks aren't worth the $18, and the potential damage to your rims and tires resulting from an employee who isn't willing to hang up his phone to engage with you makes this a definite place to avoid.
