I went into Ulta, and was not greeted. I spent about an hour in the store, but no one asked me if I needed any help. I then patiently waited in line for about another 10-15 minutes. When it was my turn, a worker said, "I can help you right here!". When I walked up to the register, she then said, "Oh, this one is closed!" I also watched as other customers walked into the store, however they were warmly greeted. The workers also asked other customers if they needed help, but every time I walked passed a worker they did not say one word to me.
I have been dragged into this ULTA many times now (someone I'm with has needed something, or Xmas shopping etc.), and each time it is the same. The staff inside is very friendly, but the wait to check out is beyond ridiculous. There are at least seven employees roaming the store, yet they just opened a second register with 20+ people in line. It is an obvious ploy to get people to purchase grabbable items that are all sound the queue area. I am sick and tired of waiting three times as long to check out as I spend shopping. I have even purchased my men's Redken hair product at the location but now avoid it and order it online because I refuse to wait 20+minutes to check out with a single item.
The store was messy, lighting is more dim than other Ulta stores and manager was rude. Some associates are actually nice otherwise.
The staff is just ok . In Rosedale it's better. Especially Kellie! Her sense of humor can make anyone feel better.
Great product selection. I would go here if you are pressed for time. A lot to look at and more often than not there is a line to wait in.
