When I arrived at this clinic I tested out as beyond athletic, meaning I was very strong in their isolated tests. I was on no pain medication when I entered the clinic except for Tylenol and Advil. I left the clinic, needing to be prescribed prescription pain medication from my regular doctor. When I went in for my final consultation with the doctor at Physicians Neck and back, the doctor wrote my case down as a success as I was still able to increase my strength slightly throughout their lengthy program. I was appalled when the doctor completely disregarded that I had needed to begin taking stronger medications due to their program and was in more pain than when I started. Physicians Neck and Back prides themselves on stating their high success rate, but when the doctor decides whether your case is a success to keep the clinics rating up, you really need to check carefully with real people who have gone through the program before making any commitments to the clinic. Throughout my struggles with pain this was by far my greatest mistake. But take in both sides and decide for yourself. My experience there was bad but there may be others who had a positive outcome. Research, research!
Great staff and lots of flexibility to switch around appointments
I came to PNBC with chronic back pain and their physician and physical therapy program made my pain disappear and back stronger. I have since kept up with their recommended stretching and roman chair workouts and have not had pain in over 2 years.
