Matt Pritt was awesome! He was knowledgeable about the tile, and everything else I needed for the job. I was feeling overwhelmed by the whole process of putting tile in my den. He simply asked me what colors I liked and the measurements, then put the whole package together for me. He was friendly, and no high pressure tactics either. I immediately felt relaxed. I absolutely love the tile he helped me pick out. This is a beautiful store with a great selection too. I highly recommend working with Matt Pritt at the Tile Shop!
Okay experience. Felt a little pushy and that theyre clearly on commission. The lady who I placed an order with was clearly new and didn’t really know what she was doing.
They are over priced and have bad costumer service. Very disappointed with my experience. GO elsewhere! There are plenty of other tile places to go to. I went there out of convenience of location. That is all they have going for them.
This was my first experience in the tile world. I visited to get supplies for a bathroom remodel. Don helped me get the tile I wanted for our floors then help pair it with another tile for the walls. He was also able to tell us what would and wouldn't work for different parts of the bathroom. He got me all the supplies I need and even helped adjust the price on some tiles that were just out of budget so we could get the best tile for the job. I really had a great experience working with Don and would recommend him though the other employees seemed kind too.
Be weary of the return process, I failed to pay full attention to what was going on. Brought my ideas to the warehouse to return, then went in for the return. The next day I noticed that I wasn't credited for the Permat that I returned, I called numerous times and they wouldn't credit me cause they couldn't account for it in their inventory, so I'm out $125 and I won't be using the Tileshop again.
