This location is terrible. Poor customer service and rude staff. Most recently they were supposed to be open until 2PM on a Saturday. Arrived at 1PM to find a sign on the door stating they were closed due to being at max capacity. Unfortunate they are so poorly operated. May be time to consider adding some more hours on a Saturday if it is in this high of demand. Places like this are why people like to argue privately run businesses are better then letting the government do it. If you can go to a different location I highly recommend it.
I’ve been here a few times, and always had it go smoothly. The workers are competent and what I need done always gets done.
I feel sorry for the people that work there as the state has a new computer system and it crashed multiple times. They were very frustrated and I was told they could not help me the last two times I was there. GREAT JOB STATE OF MINNESOTA, BUILD ANOTHER STADIUM. HOW STUPID CAN THIS BE?
You need to get there early because of the new computer system. They close at 5 but often are unable to accept more people after 4 or even 3:30 if the place is really busy. The ladies there were super helpful, kind, and fast. I cannot stress enough though that if you think you can get in at the last minute and leave with renewed tabs in under 10min you're living in a dream.
