Delicious food! Clean atmosphere. Customer service was okay. Not rude but not happy to see customers.
Store looks clean, and presentation is there, but the level of customer service is poor, employees are slightly rude. Which is hard to believe as this is such a great brand.
Food wasn't hot. Sloppily assembled sandwiches. Still tasted good. The employees seemed less than enthused to be working there.
I love firehouse subs! I like the concept, the food, I even opened a firehouse. But there are some major problems with alot of the stores. I have been to this location now 3 times. And this location can not get it right. I ordered my food over the phone 15 minutes before my arrival (Amount of time it takes to get there from my work) and this is the second time that they didn't even start my sandwiches before my arrival. I don't call in my orders to sit and wait for them, I call them in expecting them to be ready or close to ready upon arrival. I walk into the store, it's empty 2 customers waiting for sandwiches and 6 employees by my count. And yet my sandwiches only got started after I arrived and paid for them (Which I know is not standard practice)
Just make sure to be there before 8 o’clock because they close at 9 but they don’t help you even before 9 !
Bad service
I’m here now by the door and it’s 8:45 they wouldn’t let me in saying that they closed, I said but you close at 9 she said yes but we closed early tonight, I said why didn’t you change it on google maps so I don’t drive all the way to here and don’t get what I came for she said we cleaned everything and we closed early.
Looks like a very nice place to dine, the food were good and the restaurant seem tidy and clean. Only problem is that it took a while for me to get my food. Manager and workers there seems nice too. I may give this place a second chance again soon.
