Decent hot food, nothing is particularly impressionable... as u probably have come to know. Decent reliable service for the most part
Seated right away, but waited 12 minutes for a waiter, never received any water, then ordered drinks and food, received our salad minus what we asked for, he never came back to ask us if we wanted more salad or bread sticks. He brought our food and came back 10minutes later to see if it was alright. We then waited 15 minutes as he passed by us not eating helping the table next to us, and finally ask if we wanted boxes. 5 minutes later received boxes, and he ask if we wanted the check I said yes. And never saw him again, paid on the computer on the table. WOW Olive garden you need to be on your staff a bit more.
Also, what establishment does not offer a birthday dessert? Every other Olive Garden or restaurant does, and so that's where we will be doing business for all future birthdays.. And all of my husband and my dinning experiences, as we live and work nearby. I didn't mention that when the waiters (there were two) got their tips, they left for the evening and no one touched our plates, cups or wiped the table. This place is one to avoid if you want respectful, tasteful, just good old fashion customer service.
We ordered some food to go for seventeen people. Upon arrival some sad news was presented. The management stepped up in a big way! I'm very happy and proud of how professional it was handled. The food was excellent!
When deciding where to dine to celebrate my birthday and host a party of 16, I assumed this location was central for my family who travel from all four corners of the Twin Cities. The staff seated us on time, however the first problem arose when our waitress could not accommodate my grandmother who has a dairy sensitivity, so she resorted to the next best option, which happened to be an appetizer. The waitress quickly informed my grandmother that she would have to pay for her salad because she was ordering an appetizer. I insisted that the waitress give my grandma a salad, and stated that if she have any problems with her manager just tell her that it's a birthday party of 16. The manager, ignoring all forms of customer service that exists, stomped out minutes later to inform my grandma that salads typically do not come with an appetizer. I solved that quickly, but that event did not set the atmosphere of a welcoming dining experience for my family.
Food was good. The service ranged from excellent to insulting all within the same dining experience. The two waiters we had were friendly, and the man was very intentive, almost intuitive!
Great service, good food. The lobster ravioli with shrimp and scallops was pretty good. Maybe a smidge too salty. But good. The mixed berry water was a hit and so was the calamari.
