After doing some holiday shopping, my significant other and I were hoping to relax and enjoy some lunch at one of our favorite restaurants, CHILIS. But unfortunately after finding a few black pieces of debris in our drinks, getting whatever "sauce" that was smeared on the menu all over my hands, sending back one of our entrees that had cheese - when we requested no cheese, and basically have the manager on duty question if we were really lactose intolerant, we decided to leave instead. On the bright side our server Rob was more than willing to fix any problems!
So I am giving this two stars rating instead of one because the server was nice and helpful and the cheese bites were good. The rest of my visit here deserves 1 star. A New Years resolution of mine is to drink more water and thanks to the overwhelmingly salty bean burger I had here it's already happening. I drank two glasses during my visit and 6 since I came home. Also because the margarita was so wacky and literally tasted like straight up concentrate. I love margaritas and I am good at finishing them but I couldn't finish this one. I don't think there was any tequila or triple sec in it just margarita mix and ice water and bleh that was just so awful I cringe thinking about it. Like chilis normally because they have a good variety of food and black bean burgers but what happened this time??? Why was it so salty and I feel like I was robbed of any tequila in my margarita?? I went there 5+ hours ago and I still taste strong overwhelming margarita mix in my mouth also I brushed my teeth flossed used mouthwash and I still do? I didn't finish the burger either because I was scared of how salty it was guess it'll go in the compost sad but true :(

As a rule I never go to chain restaurants. I think I’ve only had Chili’s once in the past 10 years. However, I’m here from out of town and there wasn’t much else open, so I decided to give it a try. I had a cheeseburger, upgraded to onion rings instead of fries. The onion rings were mediocre. Burger was absolute perfection. My husband had the small sirloin with broccoli and mashed potatoes. He liked his meal as well. I must talk about the pickles on and with my burger. They added so much flavor. They had mustard seeds, peppercorns, garlic and dill on them. So good!!! Beers were 2 for one! We both thought our meals were fantastic, service was great, and the price was the most incredible! 2 meals and 4 beers was $32!! It looks like I need to start going to Chilis!

It's been years since I've eaten at a Chili's, and I had a great experience. Two in our party shared a "two for $22" deal and the other two ordered from the full menu. We also shared an additional appetizer and a single skillet chocolate chip cookie dessert among the four, which was plenty. We were all very pleased with our meals, which ranged from a salad topped with grilled chicken through a half rack of ribs. Our server was an absolute delight: attentive and funny without being overbearing. We look forward to our next visit!
