I asked for a size 7 in women's & was given a size 6 in kids when asked if I could get a 7.5 & a 6.5 each time I was given the wrong size (in kids) When I finally realized I got a hold of another associate I explained to him that I wanted women's sizes & not kids & went through the whole process again because Adidas shoes tend to run bigger. Even this employee got annoyed every time I asked for another size. (Which was about 3 more times before I got the size perfect for me. The associates are plain rude, they clearly dislike their jobs. Not one employee smiled, they were all grumpy & when I asked questions they answered them with rude tones & remarks. You'd think when you're kind you'd recieve kindness back.. Nope, not here. Do not waste your time at this place. I work retail & this isn't how things should be run.
I recently had a great experience in this establishment. I was helped through the process of buying my first pair of basketball sneakers by a young, bright, intuitive employee named Calvin Davies.
I am never going to this Champs again. I prefer Footlocker than going into Champs at Rosedale Mall. Champs has such horrible service. The workers there are not helpful at all. I don't even want to rate this Champs, not even 1 star, but I had to because of Google.

Management is awful and the employees are really rude. I normally have a good experience at champs but for some reason this one terrible. Everyone is angry. They don't seem happy to work there.. I recommend you avoid this champs..
