Horrible customer service. This one location could ruin VS's whole entire business, that is how bad it is. I call to check to see if they have my size and style, they put me on hold for over 6 minutes when the store first opened in the morning on a week day. Another time, I spoke to someone over the phone, they said they had the size and color and style of a different product, I get there and they told me that they didn't have any of it.
The store was so dirty and disorganized. There were employees setting out new stuff while clearly, there looked like stuff needed to be reorganized and restocked. There was junk and debris on the floor. There were piles and piles of underwear tossed all over the top dressers, sizes were not in their right places and most of the drawers were empty. The cashier that rung me up was rude and unwelcoming. She did not look like she wanted to be there. She didn't even make eye contact, say hi or have a nice day. Worst of all was the long wait in line to check out.
WENT IN AND RECIEVED THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE WORKER AT THE REGISTER WAS LAZY AND DIDN'T CARE TO PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT I NEEDED HELP WITH AND SCREWED UP ON MY WHOLE ORDER. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN OR GET NEW EMPLOYEES THAT ACTUALLY HAS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
I called last night to have a specific shirt on hold for me until closing for he next day. The lady I talked to said she will have it on hold for me. The next day I called to check, the manager Tiana said they don’t have it anymore and was SUPER RUDE !!! She said if the item i put on hold is not there then they don’t have it. What kind of service is she giving? She needs serious help. I asked for a price adjustment as well and she said no and to go talk to whoever allowed me to price adjust. Omg she’s a horrible person.
I was at this location just today, in the past I have never had any issues at this location. However, the only helpful person that helped me was Alex. She was very friendly and asked me several times if I was still doing okay. I asked her to measure my bra size because it has been a while since my last fitting. She then sent me to the fitting room to see a "bra specialist". That worker then gave me a bra to try on, and told me to press the light once I was done so she could get a look at it to make sure that the fit was okay. When I was done, I pressed the light and patiently waited for about 15 mins before someone actually came to my assistance. She was a different worker. She took a look then told me that she would go and grab a few different styles for me to try on. She left and I patiently waited in the fitting room. I continued waiting for about at least another 20 mins, but she never came back! So I just decided to leave and go to the checkout, once I got to the checkout the cashier didn't even ask me if anyone helped me out in the store, it seemed like she didn't want to converse with me, but she had an entire conversation with the people in front of me in line. Although my experience today was not the best, I hope that this never happens again to anyone else or myself.
