Angel and Zoey were very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. They ensured we were finding everything we needed and showed us where everything was.
Went in for some skateboard items because my local shop didn't have them in stock. The staff is incredibly rude and knows nothing about the products they sell. I've been skateboarding for over 30 years and could school the kids that work there on products. I found it repulsive that they are willing to make stuff up just to try and sell stuff. I hope the company stops selling skateboard items because they represent skaters in a negative way or hire employees that aren't stupid and look at the customer like we are in the way.
Great selection of snowboard jackets and snowboard accessories. Employees are very helpful and always willing to answer questions for you. Free stickers are fun.

Yesterday my daughter and two of her friend were in Rosedale mall shopping with there Christmas money. Stopped in Zumiez to purchase sweat shirts when attempting to compare the color was approached by a manager. She told them that they would have open their bags for her now or she was going to call the police. The girls allowed the search (which I wouldn’t have). The girl then began to throw the things out of the bag. Then when she realized that none of their merchandise was in the bag asked the girls to leave and walked off. Never acknowledged her wrong or apologized. Then when I came in to address the matter just about refused to give me corporates number.THEIR MANAGER SYD K. IS COMPLETELY RUDE...
