The email you posted doesn't work. I receives multiple threats to my son and i over this review. Now that i've moved i will be seeking legal action not only for the couch that had to be thrown out but for your intimidation and threats.
Zero stars. I bought a leather sectional here, it was delivered a month late, and it was damaged. It looked like someone took a knife to the back of it with all the holes, the wood feet were scuffed and the corners were worn and frayed. I was obviously given a second hand couch they were trying to unload. I contacted them and was told to come down to the store with pictures. I'm a single dad, and had to get my toddler already to go over there, when I arrived they said they couldn't do anything and I had to email. Great. Wasted most of a day. So I emailed. Got a response. It has now been 3 weeks since then and they have stopped responding. I have a hole riddled couch and am out more money than I would like to admit. This place is a scam. I will be one of the many people suing this place. SCAM! Avoid at all costs, pick up a couch on the side of the road, at least you know what you are getting instead of paying out the nose for something you could get for free.

America Freight Roseville is the best furniture store I've ever encountered. Jason, Jeramiah and Steve were so helpful and great to work with. Actually the whole staff was great! Thumbs up!
I purchased a sectional and recliner from the Roseville location. The guy who helped me was very nice and helpful. He even went in the back to look for a couch I saw online and brought it out and set it up so I could test it out. My furniture came on the day it was suppose to but It would have been nice to get a better time frame. My furniture didn't arrive until 730pm. All in all it was a good experience though and I would recommend this place in the future.
What an unthankful place and employees. I ordered furniture and was delivered one box missing. Called and talk to this guy who hung up on me and did not want to own the problem instead kept saying I don’t know anything, will let the guy know who helped you.NEVER GOING BACK. I always bought stuff there but no more. I will go to people who want my business and respect the customers.
instead it took me a month of searching and a long hassle of with HOM Furniture to finally get my couch from American Freight THE SAME DAY! Will be recommending to others.
