Great experience. Miss Reyes helped us to pick out the exact mattress we needed and was extremely knowledgeable about all the products in the floor. She was very attentive and courteous, despite being in obvious pain with one arm in a sling from an injury. Would recommend this store to anyone. Love the new mattress!!
Worst experience in my life. I will never step foot in Becker again. Furniture was delivered was wrong. 70” sofa with 80” cushions. Said it was my fault. I would either loose my money or order different piece. Cost me another $1,000. Worst customer service Needed chairs. Went to pottery barn. Much better experience
Its was the best experience. I was greeted by Design consultant ,Salena Hernandez at the door she assisted me in selecting counter stools.We set on a few made a couple of choices for purchase. Salena sought out advice from Senior consultant Tori Davis for fabric selection for stools. Red was chosen. Salena ,Tori and I proceeded on to the Southern Rocker Recliners with the power headrest. I selected two Marsala for the living room & Hickory (red) for the Master bedroom. I was thoroughly pleased with all the customer services provided. They took care in description of all merchandise & furniture. They explained what's was available in the store as well as how delivery can be made to my resident .I selected split delivery service. My stools are on customize order due to sizing and fabrics selection. I am pleased with the delivery of both recliners. I am sitting in the Hickery one writing this review. I am Blind and this was truly one of the most awarding independent shopping experience's.

Our overall experience at your Rosedale store on Sunday, was great! Mr Clyde Kim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were taken directly to the type of chair I was interested in looking at and the selection was very impressive along with the price ranges. Excited about picking up our purchase in a few weeks at the Burnsville location which is also a convenient distance from us. Thanks Clyde for making our shopping experience a good one!
