Went to get my two big dogs nails trimmed and the grooming staff was top-notch. Very kind and courteous with all my questions and the doggies were calm and did well with their nail trims, and the price was decent. You can just drop in for nail trim and it didn't take very long at all. The doggies also got a treat bag after and I was able to bring my pets to the car before coming back in to pay, which was a plus because they can get a bit excited in the store. Highly recommend this service!

I brought my (female) dog in for grooming and the groomer cut her genitals and didn't even tell me when I picked her up. Looking at the injury, it's certainly something that would have been bleeding and would make my dog cry out, so there is no way that the groomer didn't know what she did. I'm appalled that she didn't mention it, as it could easily lead to risk of infection (especially considering I had no idea it was an issue for a day or two since it's not an area I regularly see). These people clearly care more about a potential tip than the well being of the animals placed in their care.
My dog has been very ill. The staff was incredibly helpful in finding food that he would eat. Without this kind of assistance he wouldn't have started eating. Thank you so much for your help and great staff.
