We love taking our dog "Jewel" here with us and getting her new treats and toys, she loves it too.

I brought my dogs (2) to get groomed there about every 2-3 months for the last 5 years. I'm a veterinary technician at a clinic, so I never initial the line that authorizes them to take the pet to Banfield if something happens and I always specify that I'm a tech and to just call me if something happens and that I'll bring them to my clinic.

Great pet products and their pets hotel is the best. I can leave my pet there and not worry at all about him.

Why would I pay ridiculous fees at your clinic after you just injured my dog when I work at a vet with a discount? I understand injuries can happen. I know that risk when I bring my pets in, but it would be nice if they could just allow a customer to go to another vet if something happens. If someone has an established vet and a trusting relationship with said vet, why would it not make sense to you to just allow them to go there?

Good employees. Lots of sales. A little smaller than some PetSmart locations but still has great selection for cats and dogs

The staff at Banfield have been so wonderful with both of our cats! I specially love Dr Stewart and the vet who just saw my kitty, Yoda - his name has slipped my mind, but he made a huge impact on me and kept Yoda calm throughout his exam - are wonderful!! Dr Stewart is very warm, caring and an absolute expert on kitty care. My Midnight had been very ill since early 2016 and she tried her hardest to get him better again. Unfortunately in November of 2016, he started declining, and in February of this year, we brought him in for the last time to help him cross Rainbow Bridge. She and the techs were so understanding and so caring, and made our horrible situation a little more bearable. Dr Stewart actually cried with us. They let us have as much time with our beloved baby as we needed and they made sure he was as comfortable as possible before injecting the medicine to end his life. After spending know time with Midnight after everything was done, the tech who came in was so gentle and tender with his body, cradling him as she took him out of the room. We had him cremated and his ashes are in a beautiful pine box that sits in our living room with us, which has a metal plate with his name, the date he was born and the date he crossed Rainbow Bridge. We bought some clay so they could put his paw print on it. A few days later, we received a sympathy card from them, and every single staff member of the clinic had signed it and written something. Midnight touched every single life he had encountered and it brings me comfort to know that he had touched all of theirs so greatly.

I brought in a new dog for an evening bath and did not initial. They called me after I left and said the manager would not allow them to groom the dog without that line initialed and authorized, which by the way is a new thing in the last couple years at my location anyway. I went to pick my dog up and told them I have never signed that part of the agreement and have never had an issue. They just said it's store policy, so I told them they lost a customer. The groomers were very nice about the whole situation, but that changes nothing.

Merry Christmas to all the staff of Petsmart, and to all the veterinarians and techs who have participated in the care of my two kitties!! May your holiday be warm, may you all be surrounded by the love of your families and the love of our Father in Heaven! Be Blessed and stay safe!!

As for the Petsmart store, I've never had a bad experience at either the Roseville location or the Richfield location. The staff are always helpful and have never shown an attitude when I need help finding something. The one at The Quarry is great, too, but it's more difficult to get to due to all the streets being diagonal and having to make a U-Turn to be able to turn into the shopping center it's nestled in. Banfield and Petsmart is the only place I'll buy my supplies at, and get my other cat his his medical needs taken care of. They are the absolute BEST!!! ☺

Sorry if this is long, but i have a lot of great things to say!

Their prices for humane euthanasia, imo, are very affordable. It was only a little over $200 for everything, including cremation, purchasing the box to hold his ashes, and for the clay mold. I had heard terrible stories about the Optimum Wellness Plan not breaking their contact with customers who had lost their fur babies and I was a little worried that they'd refuse to stop billing me until my contact with them was up, or make me pay the remainder. Not so! They expressed their deep sympathy, ended the contract and I haven't been charged since. Optimum Wellness also has some wonderful employees.
