This isn't an official Sprint store, so when they screwed up and put my phone as a lease instead of charging my card, they were unable to fix my payment. I have spent 5 hours on phone with customer service and we are now going into day 3. I have been advised to go to the Snelling ave location, which is a real Sprint store. Wish I would have known this to begin with. This store should lose its right to the Sprint logo if they can't fix mistakes. While there, Manager was telling another customer she can't fix their issue either. Poor service, not qualified = Donald Trump of Sprint stores.

I was having lots of problems with Sprint. I was told to come into the store to get help with my problem. The guy working behind the counter was extremely rude straight off the bat. He refused to listen to me, refused to look up my account, refused to offer any solutions or advice to my problem, and despite my researching everything before I came into the store he said I didn't know what I was talking about. He called his manager on the phone and started to tell him a very inaccurate story, when I tried to correct him of my issues he started getting very rude and belligerent. He then started yelling at me and threatening me, telling me he was going to call the police on me. His manager as well started yelling and calling me names (on speaker phone). He refused to listen to my problem as well or offer any help. When I attempted to talk on the phone to him he ripped the phone out of my hands and said do not touch my phone really loudly and gave me a look like I was contaminated. He kept talking about how horrible I was and how I didn't know what I was talking about to his manager and his manager kept saying saying it as well. I was not being rude or anything, I was seeking help and I was sent there by Apple. Security did come in and asked him to stop yelling and talking about me and to me like that. They kept asking him to quit. It was a very scary experience and my children were scared and started crying. I felt very threatened and unsafe.

They don't answer their phone, they make promises that they don't keep. They are the worse people I've ever worked with.

Worst customer service imaginable. Manager sold me a case for the wrong iPhone so headphone jack didn't work. Come back to return it and the kid was too lazy to look up my receipt in the computer. I was then told I couldn't return my case, and that was AFTER waiting 10 minutes for him to finish up a personal conversation at the counter. I've always had an incredibly long wait every time I've been in here, and staff seems clueless.

I went in to ask questions about my bill and the reps that were working and that i dealt with were absolutely terrible, on of the reps were more interested in their phone on Snapchat then they were assisting me... So disrespectful, I know that chase helped answer maybe 2 of my questions... But then when a customer walked in, they attended that customer rather then helping me.. I sat there at times trying to figure out if anything was being done in which nothing was being done I got snarky comments from the rep. The original rep that helped me his name was Devin...: Completely rude... I will not return to this location by far the worst customer experience I have ever went through there was a girl there not entirely sure what her name was but she was super nice I wish I would have had her and I'm a 100% sure my experience would have been different
