i recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Roseville-St.Paul, in Roseville MN from Tuesday December 5th, 2017 until December 11th 2017 and i must say that i really enjoyed the service provided as well as the atmosphere. Everyone was so patient and attentive, especially Jack Frid and Luz Lopez. They were very helpful and did all in their power to make our situation better, being that my husband is an over the road truck driver who was delivering a load to Fridley MN when our truck broke down. We were forced to stay until truck repairs were done and these two were very patient and accomidating in my make what was a very stressful situation more bearable. Loved it my first time here and i have been to a lot of hotels. Service is great, really clean inside out, and great food! The bacon is ridiculously crispy! Love how everything is up to date!
I cannot say enough about the people who work at this hotel. I have been coming to the Saint Paul area for the past 10 years, and I wish I had discovered years ago. The entire hotel went through a renovation and everything looks brand new. Easy to get in and out of, and is centrally located.
Room was great, staff was friendly, and the breakfast and other amenities were very nice.
This place is great. Clean, modern, and comfortable rooms with friendly, personable customer service. The entrance to 35W South is literally directly across the street from the entrance to the parking lot here so it's remarkably covenient. The breakfast is surprisingly hearty and generous! I would really recommend this hotel to anyone!
