The hotel is very usable and geared toward the busy traveller or business traveller. The room was very well furnished with a large desk for work and electrical outlets in easily accessible locations. The fitness center was a bit lacking in equipment.
This relates to the conference room and food only. We were there for a corporate lunch and the space was put together nicely. There was a coat rack and lots of space, for both getting food and shutting at the table. The staff were attentive and helpful all through the meal. Drinks were refilled in a timely manner and plates cleared promptly. The food was delicious. Meats we tender and juicy, not overcooked. Other options were varied and prepared nicely. Music was playing at a comfortable volume and staff were eager to help make adjustments as needed.
The staff were very friendly, despite a couple of technical hiccups with room cards they addressed the issues quickly and promptly to my satisfaction. Their shuttle service was reasonably priced and the driver was very accommodating and friendly. The on-site restaurant for breakfast and room service was reasonably priced and delicious, featuring breakfast buffet every morning with small variations to keep it fresh but with the same popular favorites each day. I'd love to visit again!
I was meeting up with a group of friends in their hotel room before an event in downtown Minneapolis. It seemed like a nice hotel from what I saw. I'd consider getting a room there if I needed to, even though I only live about 20 minutes away.
Stayed here two nights for my daughters wedding. Not only was the room good but, the hotel staff and banquet hall staff were very friendly, amazingly good food and bar staff was awesome! Thank you for making my daughter and son in-law’s wedding go so smoothly!
