Here's the deal. When there are long lines at all check outs, keep the line moving. Being in a hurry didn't help the situation, but the cashier was extremely long winded with every customer. Then after expressing I didn't want a kohl's card she persisted with pressuring me into getting one. Then after I keep saying no. She continued to try to sell me a kohl's card. Then after I said no, she continued. Maybe if she didn't spend so much time trying to get me to get a credit card, she would've taken the security tag off my article of clothing and I wouldn't have to go back to the place that upset me in the first place.
I don't usually shop from Kohl's but was really satisfied by the varieties presented at this location. You won a customer!
Needs to be more clear that returns cannot be done at the front registers. Saw multiple people wait in line for 20 mins just to be told that they need to walk to Customer Services at the back corner of the store and wait in line again.
This rating is mainly for the Store Pickup department. I took away one star, because I'm not a huge fan of shopping here. I either struggle to find what I came for or end up waiting on long lines. They get extra marks for the large baby/toddler section and how fast and well staffed the Store Pickup department is.
Lots of things to choose from for the holidays. They have a really nice earring selection. There were a lot of people in line but the manager kept things moving and everyone was very pleasant!
